THIS INCLUDES ALL PODCAST EPISODES, AUDIO CONTENT, SHOW DESCRIPTIONS, TRANSCRIPTS, AND ORIGINAL HOST DIALOGUE.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content from the Services without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law (e.g., fair use).

3. User Submissions

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
